Волгоградское УФАС обнаружило 5 незаконных рекламных щитов


Волгоградское УФАС выдало двумя муниципалитетам предупреждения за несоблюдение антимонопольного законодательства в сфере размещения рекламных конструкций. Как сообщили V102.RU в антимонопольном органе, такое предупреждение получила администрация Новоаннинского района, на территории которого были незаконно установлены 4 рекламные конструкции.
Такие же меры воздействия были применены и в отношении мэрии Волгограда из-за рекламной арки.
Ранее Волгоградским УФАС России выданы два предупреждения администрации городского округа Урюпинск. После чего администрация опубликовала на своём официальном сайте актуальную схему размещения рекламных конструкций, а также выдала предписания о демонтаже 9 незаконно установленных рекламных щитов.
